Inner Serenity Holistics is a solo holistic therapy practice in Sydney's Sutherland Shire, founded by a Registered Nurse with 20+ years of clinical experience. The practice offers holistic counselling, Reiki energy healing, and integrated therapy sessions. Despite decades of healthcare expertise, the practitioner had zero digital presence, no website, no booking system, no automated communications, and was relying entirely on word-of-mouth and manual phone scheduling.
Cleer designed and delivered a complete digital practice from scratch: logo design, brand identity, colour palette, a custom website with an organic design system, multi-step booking with real-time availability, health intake with consent collection, a 13-template email automation engine, an Instagram content studio, and a full admin dashboard, all running on entirely free infrastructure at $0 per month, replacing $2,100+ per year in disconnected SaaS subscriptions. The Challenge
A Registered Nurse with 20+ years of experience transitioning into private holistic practice, but with no website, no booking system, and no automated communications. All scheduling happened manually via phone and email, there was no process for collecting health information or consent before sessions, and no way for potential clients to research or trust the practice online. First-time therapy clients need the digital experience to feel safe and trustworthy before they'll book, and that experience didn't exist.

Brand identity and design system: Logo, colour palette, typography selection, and full visual language created from scratch. Five pages with an organic design system: sage and cream palette, Fraunces serif, floating leaf parallax, orchestrated page transitions, and scroll-triggered animations. Fully responsive down to 320px.
Multi-step booking system: Five-step wizard covering session type, location, date/time, client details, and confirmation. Six session types ($95–$165) with real-time availability from an admin-controlled calendar, progressive sidebar summary, honeypot spam protection, and a 24-hour advance booking rule.
Health intake with consent: Five-section form (personal details, emergency contact, health information, session goals, and consent) with token-based access linked to the booking, auto-save drafts, pre-filled data, four explicit consent acknowledgements, and a typed signature.
Email automation engine: Thirteen custom-branded HTML templates covering the full appointment lifecycle: confirmation, reminders at 48 and 24 hours, intake nudge, cancellation, reschedule, and post-session review request. Cloud Functions run daily at 8am AEST with idempotent timestamp guards.
Creative studio: A built-in design tool for social media content. Eleven content types across five layouts and two formats (post and story), with carousel support, a draft manager, caption helper with curated hashtag sets, and PNG export. No Canva, no subscriptions.
